Registration conditions

Registrations will be considered on a first come first served basis. We will confirm the receipt of your registration via email. If the event is already fully booked or cancelled, you will also be notified by email as soon as possible. By signing up in writing, you agree to participate in the respective event and you accept the cancellation conditions below.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the event are free of charge. We charge 50% of the participation fee for cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations closer than 3 weeks prior to the event are only possible at 90% of the cost. If you are unable to participate, the booking can be transferred to another employee in the same company, after consultation with Strategic Leadership.

 

Strategic Leadership has the right to re-schedule or cancel a seminar due to reasons beyond their control. In this event, any fees that have already been received will be refunded. No other compensation will be paid.

 

Data protection

Personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of conducting and administering our seminar. The data collected will not be passed on to third parties (without the express consent of the participant).

 

Exclusion of liability

Participation in the seminar is at your own risk. All participants bear the sole civil and criminal responsibility for any damage caused by them. You declare to waive any claims arising as damages in connection with the seminar/ event.
